NO BAKE NUTS BAR

These no-bake date energy bar are a healthy and delicious snack, loaded with natural ingredients like prunes, nuts and seeds. Also bBasically, they are everything we want and need during isolation.

Ingredients:

100g toasted almonds

100g of roasted cashew nuts

100g unsalted roasted peanuts

100g roasted sunflower seed

200g pitted prune

This is as easy as it gets: just get all ingredients in a food processor - except the prunes - and pulse them until they are chopped. Add the pitted prunes and pulse it for about 1 minute.
