RETURNS & EXCHANGES

30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We hope you love everything you purchase from AVE. But if you just aren’t feeling the love, check out our Returns Policy below.

FOR ALL RETURNS

  • Items must be returned unworn and in original condition with tags attached. Any items that have been worn, washed, damaged or altered will not be returnable.

  • Items can be returned in the same post bag that you got.

  • Sale items can not be returned and are ineligible for refunds or exchange subject to Australian Consumer Law.

EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE

You can exchange your item for a different size or colour providing is it the same price as your original purchase. Please note we cannot exchange your purchase for alternative products/items. If you need to exchange for other styles or items you’ll need to place a new order and return your initial order for refund/credit note

  • Email the care team on julia@aveactive.com and let them know which item you would like to exchange and your alternative size/colour

  • The care team will then send you a return authorisation including return instructions and hold your exchange item for 10 days while your return your purchase

  • Once your exchange is received your new item will be sent out to you

  • We will also cover your standard postage expenses when returning full price items. If you wish to post your return back in anything other than an Australia Post standard satchel we will reimburse you up to the value of $10.

  • Items for exchange must be returned within 14 business days. After this time, any items on hold for an exchange will be put back into stock.

RETURN FOR CREDIT NOTE

  • Email the care team on julia@aveactive.com advising if you would like a credit voucher.

  • The care team will send you a return authorisation including return instructions & your credit note will be processed on receiving your return.

  • We will also cover your standard postage expenses when returning full price items. If you wish to post your return back in anything other than an Australia Post standard satchel we will reimburse you up to the value of $10.

RETURN FOR REFUND

  • Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase on full price items only.

  • Sale/Promotional purchases cannot be refunded.

  • Postage is not reimbursed when choosing a refund.

  • Email the care team on julia@aveactive.com advising you would like a refund.

  • The care team will send you an return authorisation including return instructions & your refund will be processed on receiving your return

FOR ALL AUSTRALIAN RETURNS - ITEMS MUST:

  • Be returned within 30 days if they have been purchased

  • Have original tags attached.

  • Be in their original condition.

  • Include a receipt for postage if you are returning your full-priced item for an exchange or credit note; postage cannot be reimbursed otherwise.

FAULTY ITEMS:

We use a three point checking system before your order is shipped out to you. We do our best to make sure everything we send to our customers is in perfect condition but if you receive an item from us which you believe is faulty, due to damage during shipping or a manufacturing defect, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing the team on julia@aveactive.com

HOW LONG WILL MY CREDIT NOTE, EXCHANGE OR REFUND TAKE TO BE PROCESSED?

  • Credit notes are issued and emailed to you as soon as your return is processed, this means you can shop up a storm with us again as soon as your we receive your item. 

  • Exchanges – we will send your exchange item within 48 hours of processing your returned item. 

  • Refunds - also processed once we receive your item, however please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to clear in your account.
